I've been going to Josie and La Boutique for over 3 years (before she moved to her Polk Street location)! They ask you questions to figure out what desired look you're hoping to achieve and then provide recommendation and changes based on what you're feeling for each session! The new location is so cute, the staff is warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend giving them a try! I generally get Hybrid Lashes as I like a more natural every day look with just slight glam, but she's always willing to add a little more or a little less based on my mood or upcoming events. You can book online via their website or easily text the number to make an appointment / change your upcoming appointment.

I love that this salon has so many different services so that you can get all your beauty maintenance needs done in one place in one day (lashes, facial, nails, waxing, massages, etc). It’s a one stop shop which is very convenient.

Went to La Boutique Salon for the first time and had a great experience. I’ve been dealing with acne and acne scars, so I booked an acne facial, and Josie took care of me, & she was awesome. I honestly lost track of how many steps she did on my face, but she explained everything when I asked and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Super relaxing. She also recommended some products to help with my skin. The place is really nice inside and has a super welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting a facial.

Today I was in a major rush with photos to take . The team was kind enough to apply the most beautiful and CUSTOM press on nails … this is perfect for me to try something new without truly committing while my nails heal from years of gel . I also purchased the cutest grande lash set with a mascara and lash growth treatment . I see that they also offer other services including Hydrafacial . I will be back .

I love this salon! It’s spa like vibes are so relaxing; so clean as well. My lashes are pretty thick and long and this is the only lash lift that has actually stayed lifted for more than two weeks; on average my lashes stay lifted for more than a month. I have wasted so much time and money at other salons, but no more!! Krystle is amazing; she’s my absolute favorite but the whole team is phenomenal. I have referred many of my friends and they all love the lash services. One of the best mani pedis for the price too. The boutique always has a great promotion for skin treatments and I’m dying to start using the laser treatments.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to La Boutique for over two years now, and it’s truly the best! I come regularly for facials, eyebrow waxing, spray tans, and nails, and every service is consistently amazing. The owner is wonderful—so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients—and all of the aestheticians are incredibly talented and accommodating. They always manage to fit me in for last-minute appointments or help me reschedule with ease. The space is spotless, pretty, and so relaxing—it’s always a joy to spend time here. My facials leave my skin glowing, my brows are perfectly shaped every time, the spray tans look flawless and natural, and my nails last for weeks. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at home. I can’t recommend La Boutique enough—it’s my go-to spot for self-care!

Josie and her team hosted a memorable spa date for one of my girlfriend's birthday! They supported us in making our DIY press on nails. They were attentive and supportive throughout the whole process - it was a very wonderful and intimate workshop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in SF.

Josie was absolutely amazing because she was so detailed oriented. It was by far the best facial I’ve ever had in my life. Every part of my face received intention from my ears to the corners of my eye socket. I truly feel like I’ve been missing out on these parts of my face as no prior facial has ever cared so much about the details. I also appreciate the layering of treatments. For instance she put a warm mask over my eyes while putting cool paste around my forehead and cheeks. 10/10 recommend !

Must-Visit Salon on Polk Street! * They have a Summer promo for nails - $50 for any nails and any design * I got my nails done here and was incredibly impressed with how they turned out. They lasted over a month, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop. I’m usually very particular when it comes to Brazilian waxing, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and handled everything with such care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back! The salon is so aesthetically decorated and they also have a mini refreshment bar (cheese ,nuts , juices - super cute ). Overall one stop shop for nails, facials , lashes and more.

I have been going to La Boutique and seeing Josie for my lashes and brows for over seven years now, and there is truly nowhere else I would go or trust. Josie is the best of the best at what she does. Her attention to detail, consistency, and care are unmatched, and she is always staying up to date on the latest techniques and treatments so you know you are getting the highest quality service every time. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and calming, and every visit feels like a treat. Beyond lashes and brows, I have also done facials and body sculpting here and have had great experiences across the board. Everything is done thoughtfully and professionally, with real results. If you are looking for someone you can trust long term, who genuinely cares about her craft and her clients, Josie is it. I would not go anywhere else.
